LSA Mix: Healthy Pantry Item
LSA is a mix of ground linseeds (flaxseeds), sunflower seeds and almonds. These three are high in protein, good fatty acids and minerals like calcium, zinc and magnesium. The fact that they are ground means you’re more likely to absorb the nutrients from the linseeds (instead of them passing right through). If you’re not the type to snack on seeds and nuts, try LSA for a boost of fibre and protein for weight loss, heart health and brain function.
