Walking Trails and Keeping Fit in the City of Gosnells

Are you looking for a way to keep fit and have fun this winter?

Although we have the Maddington Movers walking group, sometimes it can be invigorating to get outside into the fresh air.

The City of Gosnells website has a comprehensive list of walk trails, cycle paths and trails, along with maps and information on historical landmarks.

Walking in your local neighbourhood is easy with the aid of local walking route maps provided by the City of Gosnells.  Utilising local paths, the walks are between 30 - 60 minutes long and suitable for all ages and abilities. 

Our favourite is the Maddington/ Kenwick River Ramble. Discover the hidden history of Maddington and Kenwick as you follow the winding banks of the Canning River!

Regular walking offers many healthy benefits, including:
